Assigning roles to users

Roles determine what users can do in Kentico Kontent.

    Assigning roles

    To assign a new role to a user on your project:

    1. From the app menu, choose  Project settings.
    2. Choose a role of a user in the Role drop-down list.

    The changes are saved automatically.

    Checking your role in projects

    To check your role, click your initials in the bottom left corner and choose My projects.

    The My projects screen shows you which role you were assigned in each project.
